It's no secret that summer is always a busy time for home builders, but this summer seems extra busy for us! We have recently closed on two new homes, are in process with one, and will be starting a number of new custom homes for clients throughout Edina and Deephaven this fall. We will also have a home or two featured in the Spring Parade of Homes, so stay tuned for more details on those! Here are a few photos to show you what we've been up to lately!
Edina City Council Members Ask for Refined's Input
We hope your summer is going great! Here at Refined we have been working on a variety of exciting projects. Most recently, our team was invited by a few Edina City Council Members to share our knowledge about building new construction homes on existing lots within the city. The primary focus of the meeting was to discuss future zoning on fifty-foot wide lots. The Council Members felt that our team was a natural fit for a company to begin their conversation with – and we couldn’t agree more! Refined is known to be experts on narrow-lot redevelopment within and around the Edina area. In addition, we have developed a reputation for building classic and well-integrated homes that uphold the character of these exclusive neighborhoods. We were excited to have the opportunity to share our enthusiasm and insight with these Edina city leaders. We were honored to be a part of the meeting and appreciated the City Council hearing our input!
