Located in the Arden Park neighborhood of Edina, this active family of five was ready to transform their main level, lower level, and owner’s bedroom. This lower-, main-, and upper-level addition to the rear of the existing home created a new family room with a gorgeous fireplace hearth area, larger dining room, more functional shared office space for working/school from home, updated mudroom, among other beautiful updates. One highlight that this addition provided was a new sport alley and remodeled lower-level media/bar area to enjoy while taking turns practicing their slapshots or corner kicks!

One weekend only, April 8-10th, we’re showing this lovely tear-down/rebuilt home in Linden Hills. Located steps away from beautiful Lake Harriet, our team rebuilt this home from the ground up.
