Eric Nelson, Partner Eric is motivated by the idea of building new homes in established neighborhoods seamlessly blending with existing architecture. “The objective is to find balance between a well designed home plan and the client’s requirements and budget; all while using the best materials and craftsmanship.” Eric works on all aspects of the business: real estate, design, client relationships, finance, budgeting and estimating with the ultimate goal of tying all aspects of the homebuilding process together for the client. When Eric is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter running around the city lakes, playing tennis, biking, or doing more extreme activities like mountain climbing, kayaking or downhill skiing. |

Andy Porter, Partner For years Andy has worked with and led teams of experienced professionals in the local luxury custom homes industry. His broad knowledge of all aspects of the planning and building process including real estate, city approvals, design, architecture, financing, client selections, and construction exceed even the most discernable clients expectation. “Consistently refining our process to make our clients and building partners enjoy the project is a top priority.” Andy also has a lighter side……an exceptional wife, 2 wonderful daughters, a devoted bearded collie, and a passion for the finer things in life: travel, wine, great food, running, and golf. |
