Recently, the Star Tribune published an article about the Pamela Park neighborhood of Edina, Minnesota and the work REFINED has done there. We’d like to thank the Star Tribune and Rachel Hutton for featuring us in this article. Here are some of the highlights Hutton covers in her article (but be sure to read the article to get the full scoop)!
Residing in a central location, Pamela Park provides residents with quick and easy access to freeways, shopping, and restaurants. The new homes REFINED have built has helped to bring growth and revitalization to the neighborhood while offering a “livable, practical approach to luxury.” Likewise, the city of Edina has seen a boost in its tax base and both long-time and new residents are seeing a spike in the overall value of their property.
Our team has a unique perspective about the neighborhood because one of REFINED’s partners, Andy, lives in the neighborhood. With an understanding that new home construction can be a nuisance to current residents, we strive to create a positive building experience. REFINED also brings flexibility to the process by offering clients the ability to rent existing homes while they are waiting for construction to start on their new home.
