We love Edina! What a great community to live in as a whole, but even better when you take a peek into the mini communities within. The Pamela Park area is one of those community gems.
Not only does this neighborhood in the northeast end of Edina feature a sixty-two acre park, with a magnificent playground, ball fields, and more, it’s home to many local businesses that bring charm, ease, and a big hello to the families who live nearby.
One such Pamela Park area-business is the Neighborhood Ice Cream Shoppe. With a never-ending list of ice cream flavors (44!), custom ice cream cakes, choice of cones, and many creative treats, they are loved by many — especially on a hot day! We hear they now carry Sebastian Joe’s ice cream too! What’s not to love?
Creativly-named flavors like Pear Riesling Sorbet, Immaculate Confection, Pavarotti, and Nicollet Avenue Pothole make us want to spend a day as ice-cream tasters — if not just to satisfy our curiosity.
